Property owner in Croatia?

Many yachters are also property owner in Croatia.

There are important changes in law regarding real estate construction. As bureaucracy was to complicated, many people built their homes with out proper construction permit.

Croatian Government has stopped demolition and gave final deadline to legalize those buildings. It is set on June 2013 - 7 months from now. Since there are a lot of documents to obtain and number of authorized architects is limited, it is very short time and you should act now and make sure that you have "Uporabna dozvola" - Usage permit which confirms that building was built exactly as construction permit allowed.

If you have built few square feet more, your entire house might be demolished!

We recommend to contact Tana Imobilia for Legalizacija, as they cover entire Croatia with their services and it can all be done at same place.
